Management of Change
A challenge to parishes to consider and face up to change that confronts them. How can we address and manage this change in such a way as to take our own journey of discipleship forward and to help our congregations engage as fully as possible with this change?
It is also possible for parishes to consider away days or weekends. There are various retreat centres that may be used for away days, weekends or weeks. These centres offer their own programmes or you can use the facilities and develop and lead your own programme. Help can be afforded in the planning and execution of this time away, as well as names and contacts available to lead/head up the programme.
There is also financial help available (at present 20% of accommodation cost) from the Inglefield Fund as well as practical direction in the design, creation and development of such times away. .
You should contact retreat centres with queries about facilities, their own programmes or with bookings. The following provide just a sample of those centres and programmes that are available.
